Psychic Link Device
A device that channels psychic energy into power, but at what cost?
The Psychic Link Device is a piece of technology used by the Akumaizer and their ally Kageto Banba to enhance the psychic powers of teenagers. It is not a tool for monitoring or forced amplification of Espers, but rather a device that, when powered by the mana of captive Gates or the psychic energy of teenagers, can create an army of monsters or enhance an individual's abilities. In the film, Banba claims the device is part of a crusade to stop space exploration and force Earth's governments to focus on terrestrial problems.

Lore & Background
The Zeber device, as it is called in the film, is central to the Akumaizer's plot. They plan to use it in an ocean of magic underneath Yu Kamimura's Underworld to generate enough magic to kill all of humanity. The device is first seen when Kageto Banba gives it to Saburo Kazeta, who transforms into Sanagiman and uses the Zeber to enhance his powers, allowing him to overpower Gentaro Kisaragi. Later, Banba assembles other psychic teenagers to power the Zeber for the Akumaizer. The device is stolen by Eil after Kazeta, now transformed into Inazuman, defeats Banba. Eil then uses the Zeber to damage Yuki Jojima's return module before returning to the present. Ultimately, the Zeber is destroyed when Gentaro Kisaragi and Haruto Soma, boosted by their allies, use it to destroy Zatan.
